Christina Hendricks

Christina Hendricks was an American actor, most famous for her portrayal of Joan Holloway. She played the role in seven seasons on AMC's time-travel dramatic Mad Men from 2007-2015. In addition to receiving critical praise, her work on the show garnered six Emmy Awards nominations in the category of best supporting actor. The span of her career, which has spanned more than two decades has seen her appear in the comedy crime drama Tin Star as well as Kevin Hill's legal drama. In films she is noted for her performance as a character in Drive Ginger & Rosa Lost River The Neon Demon The Strangers: Prey at Night Egg and American Woman. Also, her voice can be heard on the animation film From Up on Poppy Hill Toy Story 4 & Scoob! Before that, she was working as a model and kept it going for several years before her first appearance on TV with the anthology program Undressed which premiered in the year 1999.
